I saw the movie 300. Some may like it, and some may hate it, but its one of those movies which you can never ignore.

Right from the starting sequence to the last, it just one super ride of macho-mania. 300 men, with well-toned bodies, struts their stuff in nothing but their undies. Macho never looked this cool. It was not the bodies, but the character, the courage and the attitude that takes the prize. Awesome!!!

The movie has a different look and feel, which gives it a surreal look. This helps, as we are able to detach ourselves from the gory violence that unfolds before our eyes, but never looses the intended effect.

Gerard Butler, who play Leonidas, suits the role to a T. Looks like we have found our next Russel Crowe. I just hope that he doesn’t switch off like Crowe but makes atleast one such movie every 4-5 years atleast.
