India Rising

As India celebrates its 59th year of freedom, I would like to re-emphasize my pride and happiness in being an Indian. Whatever may happen, whatever corruption, whatever riots, whatever lack of services and infrastructure, India as a dream , as an idea, is still powerful enough to raise hope in erasing these anomalies. India still gives hope to people like me, who want to see a better India, a better life for our fellow Indians. NGOs like Parivartan, new political parties like Lok Paritran show that India still breeds such hope and vision in us. So lets raise a toast to India and her future. Jai Hind.
